Return/Exchange Policy

We want to provide you with the best customer service and will make your return or exchange as easy as possible.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

To return or exchange your item, please email info@talynne.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 24 hours to begin the return/exchange process.

Please note the following:

  • Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees per item.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt.
  • Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Please keep the tracking information for all returns.
  • We will not be held responsible for lost packages. 
  • Returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused, factory-packed condition.
  • Any used items sent will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds will be issued within 4-5 business days of receipt of the item. Please allow 4-5 business days for the funds to be deposited in your account. 
  • If your order initially qualified for free shipping, that fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after placing only. Please email info@talynne.com with your cancellation request. Once the cancellation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
